I'll embed a third-party booking or scheduling tool (Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments, etc.) directly into your site. This is a flat setup fee — most platforms have a free tier that covers everything a small business needs. I'll walk you through picking the right one and handle the full embed and configuration.

I write all the copy for your website — headlines, body text, calls to action — tailored to your business and audience. I send you a short questionnaire, then draft everything before the build starts so there are no delays waiting on content mid-project. You review and approve, then I build. For clients who already have a site with existing copy. I review your current page text and rewrite it with better keywords, clearer structure, and stronger calls to action — without losing your voice. Focused on the pages that matter most for search: homepage, services, and about. Delivered as a document you approve before anything goes live.

I set up or optimise your Google Business Profile — the listing that appears when people search for your business on Google Maps. Includes writing your business description, selecting the right categories, and ensuring your contact info, hours, and website are correctly linked. Note: a Google account in your name is required to own and manage your profile — I will walk you through creating one if needed, and handle the full setup from there.

Google Analytics 4 setup so you can see how your site is performing and where visitors are coming from. If you would like the property tied to your own Google account for long-term ownership, I will walk you through creating one and then handle the full configuration. If you prefer I manage it, I set everything up under my infrastructure and transfer access whenever you are ready.

I'll configure a professional business email address (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.com) connected to your domain. Pricing includes my setup fee plus the average cost of a standard email hosting plan. Options range from Zoho Mail's free tier for light use, up to Google Workspace for a full suite — I'll recommend the best fit. The account is registered in your name so you own it outright — I walk you through the sign-up and handle all the technical configuration from there.

A dedicated FAQ page built with proper schema markup so your answers can appear directly in Google search results. Great for SEO and reduces the volume of repetitive questions you get from potential clients.

A dedicated testimonials section added to your existing site, built with proper review schema markup so Google can display star ratings in search results. Drop in your client quotes and we handle the rest.

A private page accessible only via a password — useful for trade pricing, internal resources, onboarding documents, or members-only content. Simple, secure, and seamlessly integrated with your existing site.

Keeps your site live and well-maintained for another year. Includes hosting infrastructure, SSL certificate, security updates, uptime monitoring, and email support. Domain renewal is included where Prompt & Pixel manages your domain — or billed separately at cost (typically $15–30/year for standard .com or .ca domains) if you own and manage your own domain. You'll always be quoted the exact domain cost before anything is purchased.
